Planet Sports

Planet Sports is an e-commerce shop for sport articles. The main target groups are young sportsmen and streetwear lovers who enjoy skating, surfing, snowboarding, those with a general interest in all outdoor activities; combined with a sense of fashion.

THE TASK

Create a seamless and engaging shopping experience for Planet Sports’ e-commerce platform across all devices.

THE PRODUCT

A responsive e-commerce store targeting young sports enthusiasts and streetwear lovers, featuring checkout, product details, purchase confirmation, cross/up-selling, site search, navigation, videos, and pop-ups.

MY CONTRIBUTION

  • Conducted user interviews, developed personas & szenarios, and mapped customer journeys.

  • Developed design solutions following the Design Thinking process: evaluate, define, ideate, design and test.

  • Designed core app flows (checkout, product pages, navigation) and supported cross-team collaboration (DesignOps, Quality Assurance).​

  • Created early wireframes, sketches, and final mockups.

  • Facilitated hallway testing to validate designs and iteratively improve usability.

  • Presentation of solutions for stakeholders.
